Why I built SKEVA Consulting - and who I built it for.
I started my career in finance and never stopped learning—moving through business operations, project management, and eventually leading Project Management Offices and business transformation initiatives for multinational organizations. Every role taught me something valuable. From the outside, it looked like I had reached the destination. But something was missing.
Along the way, I met talented people who lacked confidence, technically brilliant leaders who struggled to inspire their teams, and professionals who wanted to embrace AI and digital transformation but didn't know where to begin. I met small business owners with great products and no clear strategy for growth. The pattern was undeniable.
